1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of service

Pocket Money is a personal finance tracking tool. The App is provided for informational and organizational purposes only—it is not a bank, lender, investment advisor, tax advisor, or accounting service.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the App.

4. Your data and responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter
• Data is stored primarily on your device; you are responsible for backups
• Export and sharing of data are under your control
• Do not use the App for unlawful purposes

5. No financial advice

Insights, health scores, benchmarks, and What-If simulations are not financial, legal, or tax advice.

6. Free use, ads, and in-app purchases

The App may be free with optional advertisements. You may purchase a one-time Remove ads product through Google Play.

7. Subscriptions

The ad-free offering is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription, unless otherwise stated in the store listing.

8. Intellectual property

The App and its branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited license for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Prohibited conduct

• Reverse engineer or circumvent licensing except where law permits
• Circumvent payment or ad-removal mechanisms
• Use the App to harm others or introduce malware

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the publisher from claims arising from misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Third-party services

Your use of Google Play, AdMob, and RevenueCat is subject to their terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the App by uninstalling it. We may discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

15. Changes

We may update the App or these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

17. Dispute resolution

Contact us first for informal resolution. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction where permitted.
